This newly renovated & conveniently located 2895 sq. ft. air conditioned villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining area.
The focal point is a very spacious games room/living area with wet bar, multiple TVs, a pool table, fire place, and an adjoining movie room,
The large, screened in lanai area has a super comfy lounge / dining area and an outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ and sink.
For some great family fun, the rental offers kayaks and bikes to use during your stay as well as some outdoor games like ladder toss, corn-hole, and rally ball.
Villa Seas The Day is located in the very desirable Yacht Club area of Cape Coral. It is super close to beautiful Cape Coral Beach and the popular Boat House Restaurant and Bar. The villa is located RIGHT on the canal with beautiful views over the water and sailboat access to the Gulf of Mexico. The yacht club pool is $3.25/day and 5 minutes away.
You're only a 4-minute boat ride away from the Caloosahatchee river and some of the world’s most beautiful beaches like Ft Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva.
There’s a concrete captains walk leading to the boat dock with a 10,000 LB, remote boat lift.

Villa Seas The Day has two en-suite master bedrooms; one on each floor. All the bedrooms are equipped with TVs to keep the entire family and group of friends happy.
