This condo is located in the popular Yacht Club area. Just a short walk away from Cape Coral beach and marina. The Boat House restaurant is one of Cape Coral's most loved spots. Here you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner RIGHT on the beach.
The Yacht Club Condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Perfect for the small family or couple. It has a spacious living area, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
You can enjoy the sunset on your own private balcony or go down to the beautiful pool area to soak up the sun or enjoy your dinner by the pool. There are two seating areas and plenty of sun lounges. The Weber BBQ grill is there for you to use whenever you want.
The condo offers WiFi connection if you want to use your own computer, pad or smartphone.

Since this is a condo association, all renters need to be approved by the board. This process can take 2 - 3 weeks. If for some reason you would not be approved, we will refund you the 25% down payment less the application fee of $100 per married couple including children under the age of 18. All others are an additional $100/person.
