Villa Santa Rosa is a luxurious villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located only minutes from the famous Cape Coral yacht club beach, marina and popular Boat House restaurant. It is only minutes away from the open water and the Gulf of Mexico with all the amazing surroundings Southwest Florida has to offer.
The villa has an amazing, spacious pool area, with a heated pool and spa. You can enjoy the sunshine all day and the beautiful sunset over the canal at night. There's also an outdoor dining area, a gas BBQ grill, and some in-pool bar stools for the full Florida experience.
The villa has all the amenities you would expect from a luxury home. The third and forth bedroom share the third bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds and one has a queen-size bed and the forth bedroom has a full size bed..
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, etc. everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas/electric BBQ-grill.
The villa offers WiFi connection if you want to use your own computer, pad or smartphone.
The villa also has a private dock where you can keep a rental boat tied alongside the dock.
(The boat in the pictures is not for rent). But let us know if you wish to rent one and we'll help you out.
