Gulf access 2 beds/2baths cottage/duplex with PRIVATE pool and boat dock with GULF ACCESS. Rent a boat during your stay and you're minutes away from enjoying some of the world’s most beautiful beaches like Sanibel and Captiva, as well as Florida's amazing wildlife.
This beautiful cottage/duplex is located at the end of the street in a quiet downtown neighborhood. When renting this property you will be able to both enjoy this private peaceful space and at the same time only be minutes away from downtown Cape Coral with shops, restaurants and popular hangouts.
The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living areas, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Bedroom #1 has a King size bed and bedroom # 2 has two Queen size beds. Both bathrooms have a tub/shower combination. One bathroom has a double vanity and one has the single vanity.
To secure clean and fresh linen and towels for every stay, we use a professional linen company. They handle everything from a state-of-the-art facility in Fort Myers, FL and only uses top-rated Ecolab detergents and chemicals, promising pristine linens with each service.
There's a large, glassed in and airconditioned patio with comfortable seating. Large sliding doors provides a great view of the fish jumping in the canal, people enjoying boat rides, dolphins, your private pool and the waterways. A great place to enjoy dinner and a drink.
The lanai/deck area is totally private and has a spacious heated pool and a BBQ gas grill.
The villa offers WIFI so you can use your own phone, tablet, or laptop.
Friendly reminder that we only allow ONE pet and under 25 lbs.
