Magnolia House Villa is a beautiful, built in 2020, 4 bedrooms pool home, located in the heart of the popular Pelican area in Cape Coral. The gorgeous pool area is spacious, plenty of room for sunbathing, relaxing with the family and entertaining friends. The property is tastefully fenced for total privacy. The outdoor dining area is conveniently located in the shade and has a large BBQ grill, everything you need for a perfect stay.
The villa is located in the heart of Cape Coral, which means just a short car ride down to popular Tarpon Point Marina with all its shops, bars and restaurants and of course the beautiful marina. You're also close to Veterans Pkwy, for easy access to Down Town Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Island.
We also recommend renting a boat for the day, then you get to experience the amazing canal system, unique to Cape Coral and you're only minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico.
This villa offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious den, a cozy TV room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker.
The fourth bedroom has a full size pull-out sofa bed.
