My wife and I rented Villa Bel-Air for 6 weeks to escape the cold Long Island winter. This is our second time renting this location. The view is spectacular from anywhere in the house or lanai. Bedding was comfortable in all three bedrooms and a wonderful time was had making memories with our family and friends.

Clean, nice house. Only a few issues. The most problematic was in the shower in the bathroom with the shower/tub combo. The handle to the faucet was not properly attached and hard to work. Everything else was wonderful. Including the fact that every bedroom had a TV!! Big plus for our group

Excellent location right on the river and adjacent to Cape Coral yacht club, fishing pier and beach. The Boathouse Tiki bar and grill is also within walking distance. 3.5 bathrooms is very nice to have and all beds are kings. The house is open, airy and bright. The pool and spa area includes a gas grill, plenty of lounge chairs and water toys. The only thing missing is bar stools/chairs at the kitchen island.

Relaxation Found!

It was love at first sight when my Family of 4 walked in the front door of this beautiful home. We were greeted with magnificent views before we even shut the door. We stayed in Villa Bel Air for 8 amazing days. It is a 4-5 minute walk to the Yacht Club, where we had breakfast several times & again went to watch the sunset. We ate at Pinchers twice for Seafood, once just wasn’t enough. We spent the majority of our time poolside, on the dock or on the Veranda. The hot tub is a REAL hot tub, it was amazing sitting in there at night watching the moon come up. We saw dolphins, we saw 2 MANTA RAYS! They spent a rather long time around the dock, it was early in the morning & was very exciting. Had some booking issues with Fredrik when trying to add on an extra day, but it was resolved and added within a few days. Erin was extremely helpful and will do all she can to help when you need it. Great trip for my family. Would definitely rent this home again.

Spotless!

House inside was spotless, no complaints at all - very nicely cleaned. Deck and pool deck could use a good cleaning tho - just a good vacuum job to get rid of spiders in webs and dead bugs in corners - tile deck up top could use a wash. Windows facing river need to be washed. The dock area has vegetation and broken wood that needs to be cleaned up - screws are poking up from the wood - some little kid is going to hurt themselves on that. As a vacation renter multiple times, it is so nice to have dishsoap, tinfoil, saran wrap, a box of kleenex in the kitchen, maybe a few spices in the cupboards. I know renters often leave these items behind - leave them in the house for the next tenant. It is such a small expense (if any) for the owner, and such a welcome addition for the tenant. Also, in this house it would be great to have a pair of binoculars! The management team was great to work with, prompt and efficient.

Great location!

Location: Cape Coral is great. The location of Villa Bel Air is beautiful - on the Caloosahatchee, facing west for gorgeous sunsets, and the public beach and The Boathouse, which is open for breakfast (try the Tropical pancakes!!!), lunch and dinner, are a five minute stroll away. The neighborhood is very quiet and we did not hear any late noise/music. There are plenty of restaurants right in Cape Coral and those in Ft. Myers are just a jaunt away across the bridge. There are also grocery stores, drug stores, etc. very convenient to Villa Bel Air, without crossing the bridge. Villa Bel Air: Lovely house, decorated in a modern Scandinavian style. The villa was very clean upon arrival, bedding/linens fresh. All three bedrooms have ensuite baths and there is also a powder room. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment for cooking and dining, guests provide their own spices, paper products, dish soap, etc. Coffee maker is drip style. The outdoor grill was clean and ready to use. Outdoor terrace, lanai and pool area is lovely, and furnished to provide sun/shade options for lounging and dining. Pool and spa well-maintained - we did not heat the pool (refreshing after spa use!), but did heat the spa. Overall: Super place, super company! From our initial reservation contact through our check-out, the Vacanza staff was extremely professional, pleasant and prompt. Marie, who handled reservation procedures, was very accessible and responded to any questions we had. Gunnar, who checked us in to Villa Bel Air, was knowledgeable about the villa's set-up, and Erin, the property manager, was very cordial and responded quickly to one minor maintenance issue we encountered. Vacanza is a top-notch vacation home rental company - and we have already booked another stay at Villa Bel Air.

Our second stay!

This was our second stay at Villa Bel Air. The property is located in a very lovely area and has a great waterfront view for sunsets! The house is very clean, the amenities are top-notch, and with three bedrooms, all with en suite baths, perfect for friends to share. The terrace, lanai and pool areas provide both sun and shade. The neighborhood is quiet, but convent to stores and restaurants. The Boathouse, a five minute walk, is a great place for breakfast (try the Tropical Pancakes!), lunch or dinner. Erin was very helpful - responded quickly to the few questions we had after check-in.
