10th Annual Mardi Gras Trolley Event
Mardi Gras is almost here and it will descend upon Cape Coral for the 10th Annual Mardi Gras Trolley Event. Mardi Gras is known as a festive event full of delicious drinks and food and the trolley event will be no different. Trolleys will take you around the Cape Coral Entertainment District. Guests will receive various drinks and appetizer samples from favorite hotspots in the area. Make sure to fill out your passport of all the sponsored locations to try and win the grand prize. You can also win even more prizes by answering the trolley trivia on the way to each location. Enter the photo booth contest and you can win free tickets to the St. Patrick’s Day Trolley event taking place later this spring. You can expect a variety of entertainment throughout the day including live music, singing, dancing and so much more. The 10th Annual Mardi Gras Trolley Event will take place on Saturday, February 25th from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Fort Fest
Country lovers everywhere can enjoy a one-day country event this year at Fort Fest. This country music festival takes place in our neighbors of Fort Myers and is a must-see for country lovers everywhere. All of the proceeds will be donated towards Hurricane Ian Relief here in Southwest Florida. This year’s lineup includes country artists such as Cody Cozz, Hayden Coffman, Kayley Bishop, and Drew Parker. Tickets are on sale now for this festival taking place on April 1st. Breakfast with the Bunny
Each spring you can expect all kinds of fun for the children with Easter. This religious holiday is best known to the children as a time filled with exciting egg hunts. Younger children will also know the event as a time when the Easter Bunny comes out to play. Take your family to the Lake Kennedy Center for Breakfast with the Bunny, an annual Easter breakfast with the Easter Bunny himself. Annual Head & Neck 5K/2-Mile Walk
Each year Partners in Care raise money to help fund financial assistance to neck and head cancer patients with the Annual Head & Neck 5K and 2 Mile Walk. This event is the perfect time to enjoy a race as the weather is finally sunny and warm outside. This year’s event will take place on April 29th with the race starting at 8:00 AM sharp. Make sure to wear some comfy sneakers and race for a good cause!
War of the Food Trucks
Everyone loves a good food truck so get ready for this year’s War of the Foodtrucks. This annual event will bring together 40 different food trucks to compete for the title of Best of the Best in Southwest Florida. This family-friendly event will offer tons of fun including live entertainment, prizes and raffles, delicious food and drinks, and so much more. You can even download an event app that will provide all of the activities at your fingertips. The full list of food trucks participating in this event will be available soon. War of the Foodtrucks will take place on Saturday, April 29th this year.
