The entryway inside Villa Messina is just as beautiful, with vast columns and a double entryway door to welcome you inside. Once inside, you will be treated to a majestic home that comes with modern décor and vaulted ceilings. Entry into the home welcomes you inside a lovely seating area that is complete with a plush sofa and loveseat combo and gas fireplace. The dining room area is on the other side of the entry door and features enough room for everyone in your party at the glass top table. Head further back into the home to find the remaining common spaces of Villa Messina. A living room area is the perfect spot to unwind after you are done exploring the canals and beaches of Cape Coral for the day. Here you will find a plush sofa, loveseat, and recliner combo that is situated right in front of a huge flat screen TV. You can play all of your favorite streaming services with the complimentary Wi-Fi to stay connected all vacation long.

Villa Messina is a single-story home, so you will not have to be going up or down any steps to get to bed. Instead, the rooms are found separated across from the common areas of the home. Each of the three bedrooms features a king size bed and fine linens to provide a comfortable night of sleep, along with flat screen TVs. The master suite features a private en suite bathroom that is practically a mini spa. Here you will find a renovated bathroom complete with a soaking tub and huge walk-in shower area behind it. The dual vanities align each wall allowing two guests plenty of space to get ready for the day or for bed. The two guest bedrooms both share access to a full-size bathroom as well that has a walk-in shower. A half bath is located out in the common areas of the home for ease of access when in the kitchen or living room.
Outdoor Fun
Some of the best features of Villa Messina are located out back in the incredible backyard. Villa Messina is located right on one of the canals, so you will be able to see the water from the back. Step onto the covered patio area where you can find an al fresco outdoor dining table. An additional lounge area and gas BBQ grill can be found further around the corner. Enjoy the beautiful swimming pool that is covered with a huge lanai that keeps out pesky bugs. The backyard also features an outdoor shower and half bath so you can rinse off before heading inside. As mentioned, you can access the canal too when you leave the lanai enclosure. Grab a rental boat from town such as a kayak and explore that canal at your leisure.
